Please check carefully as you/your child may not have been accepted for all the events they entered.
If there is `SCR` next to the swimmers name, this means the meet was over-subscribed for this event and the swimmer has been not been accepted (scratched) from this event.
Swimmers who are scratched will get a refund of the entry fee.
If `RES` is next to the name this means that the swimmer is a reserve in this event. If you are a reserve you are expected to turn up, but you will only find out on the day if you have a swim in that event. If you turn up but don’t get a swim you will get a refund if the entry fee.
If you wish to withdraw from the meet please inform the entry secretary (Iona Reid – email: entry.secretary@kingstonasc.com) as soon as possible as this may allow another swimmer to take your place. You will only get a refund if the entry fee if you notify Iona of your withdrawal by Sunday 30 October.
