The Kingston sprints were held at Larkhall yesterday and what a great day it was, we can be very proud of the commitment of both parents and swimmers.
So a big thanks you to everyone who helped on the day, those on the stalls, the Catering, the Officials, The Coaches and Team Managers Very well done to each and every single one of you for your contribution
To top it off our swimmers managed to achieve some really good results with a number of wins and PBs.
