The Kingston ASC AGM will be held on 29th January 2016 from 19:30-21:00 at Castlemilk pool.
The purpose of the AGM:
The present members of the committee stand down at the AGM, swim club members at the AGM then elect office bearers. The present committee members can be re-elected if they wish to stand or new members can be elected to the committee.
Even if the present committee is re-elected there will remain several KEY vacancies on the committee. These roles include, but are not limited to, Minutes Secretary, Parents’ Representative, Swimmers’ Representative and Social Convenor. For full details see the website at Kingston AGM 2016
We would like to encourage as many parents and older swimmers as possible to consider taking on a role on the Committee and be involved in the organisation of the club. This would mean that the actual job involved for each person would be smaller and contribute to the smooth running of the club.
