Dear Members,
This is your chance to find out who is involved in running our club and how it has been managed over the last year. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and offer help.
We will provide an audited set of accounts, set the club membership subscription and nightly fees and elect the Club’s Office Bearers and Committee Members for the forthcoming year.
There will be an opportunity for you to hear Progress Reports of the events that have taken place over the last year i.e. Kingston Sprints, Kingston Gala and the Leagues.
In 2012 we need more members to take an active role in the running of the Club as some of the present committee, who have provided an invaluable service to the club, are standing down.
Without new volunteers the Club will not be able to operate effectively therefore please consider putting your name forward to be nominated on to the committee or if that does not interest you why not become involved as a poolside helper or timekeeper.
