At the AGM on Tuesday, 25th January, 2011, it was agreed that membership and nightly fees would be increased to the following amounts:
Membership Fees
1 member/family: £60.00
2 members/family: £110.00
3 or more members/family: £160.00
Nightly Session Fees: £4.00 from 4th February 2011.
The Membership Fees should be paid by the 28th February 2011.
If you have a genuine reason for not being able to meet these dates please speak to Helena.
Please note that in accordance with our Club Constitution:
“A member who has not paid his/her membership by 28th February will be excluded from taking part in any of the Club’s activities, competitions or meetings until payment is made.” (BL3.3)
“Members not renewing by 31st March will be deemed non-members and will be notified in writing accordingly.” (BL3.2)
