Dear Members,
Our 2011 AGM will take place on Tuesday 25th January 2011, 7pm – 9pm at Cathcart Trinity Church ( Next to Couper Institute, Clarkston Road, Glasgow).
This is your chance to find out who is involved in running our club and how it has been managed over the last year. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and offer help.
We will provide an audited set of accounts, set the Club Membership subscription and nightly fees. Also, elect the Club’s Office Bearers and Committee Members for the forthcoming year.
There will be an opportunity for you to hear Progress Reports of the events that have taken place over the last year, e.g. Kingston Sprints, Kingston Gala and the Leagues.
In 2011 we will need more members to take an active role in the running of the Club, as some of the present committee are standing down after many years of valued service. Without new volunteers the Club will not be able to operate effectively.
Please consider putting your name forward to be nominated.
