Glasgow City Council have confirmed they are closing a section of Dalmarnock Road as part of the East End Regeneration Route and this may affect some of those travelling to the gala on Sunday.
This is to allow a new bridge to be built over the existing Dalmarnock Station Road Bridge and will mean that from Saturday there will be a vehicle diversion route running from Dalmarnock Road, Bartholomew Street, Poplin Street, Swanston Street, Strathclyde Street and then back to Dalmarnock Road.
