Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the Rutherglen ASC Tri Club Challenge Gala 2010 will now commence at 5.00pm, rather than 4.00pm as previously arranged.
The warm ups for this gala will now be at 4.00pm, so please be poolside by 3.45pm at the latest.
As usual, please make sure that you have water, a spare towel and T-shirt for wearing by the pool.
